Leading Lights 2024 is the forum for professionals who are making a difference in furthering the green transition. By bringing together key stakeholders the event will facilitate new connections, foster innovative collaborations, and be the foundation for meaningful impact within manufacturing. Join the disruptive movement towards sustainable manufacturing innovation from the North to the rest of Europe.
This year's event will take place at Tom Tits Experiment during Science Week in Södertälje. Within this inspirational backdrop, we will have fun and engaging activities to enable matchmaking and co-creation with our ecosystem including leading startups, research institutions, universities, industrial partners, accelerators, and investors. The inspirational speakers and workshop sessions will be followed by an additional opportunity to connect over dinner.
The theme for Leading Lights 2024 is Industrial challenges in sustainable manufacturing, which will be addressed through reverse pitches and keynote speeches on sustainability from leading industrial players. Moreover, this will be the perfect opportunity to make key connections ahead of the coming Call for Proposals at EIT Manufacturing.
Why participate?
EIT Manufacturing gathers leading industry experts and makes their voices heard through presentations of best practices in innovation. Leading Lights showcases success cases from collaborations resulting from open innovation projects as well as opportunities for addressing pressing global challenges in manufacturing.

- What: Leading Lights, the event to solve industrial manufacturing challenges and to meet, collaborate and create impact.
- When: Wednesday 31 January 2024. Main programme: 09.30-17.00 There will be an optional dinner afterwards for further networking.
- Where: Tom Tits Experiment in Södertälje, Sweden
- Fee: 500 EUR / 5900 SEK (including 25% VAT) per participant. Lunch, dinner, and fika are included in the entry fee. FREE for EIT Manufacturing member organisations, EIT Manufacturing project partners, and students.
- RSVP by registering no later than 15 January 2024. Participation is binding after this date but can be transferred over to another person.
